Shipping Information:
Most standard orders ship within one day of order placement and generally are delivered within Precision Products’ core geographic footprint within one business day via UPS Ground service. Refer to the map below for additional information about anticapted shipping times beyond Southern Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee.

Shipping Charges
During the checkout process, our site attempts to calculate the UPS charges to your ship-to address. However, a failure in the rate calculation will not stop you from processing your order. If your order is to be shipped and you reach the final checkout page and the shipping charge is $0.00, continue with your order and we will call you with the shipping charges before we ship your order and process your credit card.

Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Indiana, Kentucky or Tennessee. If you are tax exempt, please call your order in to 1-800-769-7999



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Customers wishing to return an item to Precision Products should call 800-769-7999 and request a return authorization. We will not levy a restocking fee on authorized returns received prepaid by Precision Products in new, re-sellable condition within 15 days of our original shipping date. Items received at Precision Products later than 15 days or that exhibit use will be assessed a restocking fee of 15%.
